Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in any course offered by K4 Driving Academy, the student agrees to the following terms:

Registration Validity
Registration is non-transferable and valid for 90 days from the date of enrollment. -
Payment Terms
Payments must be settled on or before the driving schedule or promo validity date. -
Scheduling
Schedules are confirmed only upon approval and payment. Students may choose their preferred slot from the available schedule. -
Course and Fee Changes
All course offerings and fees are subject to change without prior notice. -
Required Documents & Attire
Students must bring the following:-
Student Permit or Driver’s License (with LTO Official Receipt)

One (1) valid ID

Proof of payment (official receipt)
Proper attire is required:

No sleeveless shirts (for males)
-
No short pants
-
No slippers or sandals
Students without the required documents or attire will not be allowed to proceed with the practical session.

Prohibited Items
Firearms or deadly weapons are not allowed during sessions. K4 Driving Academy is not liable for any lost belongings. -
Motorcycle Lessons
Students taking motorcycle practical driving lessons must bring and wear their own helmet in compliance with health and safety protocols. -
Gadget Use Policy
No gadgets are allowed while the engine is on during driving sessions. -
Smoking and Intoxication
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the training vehicle. Intoxicated students will not be allowed to attend driving lessons or lectures. -
Chaperone Policy
Guardians or chaperones are not allowed inside the training vehicle or lecture room. -
Minors (Under 18)
Students under 18 must present parental/guardian consent upon enrollment. One (1) parent/guardian may accompany the student during the session, provided they do not distract the student or instructor. -
Arrival Time
Students must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup point or session at the K4 office. -
Absences and Late Arrivals
Arriving 30 minutes late without notice will require rescheduling. Failure to attend the rescheduled slot results in application forfeiture and a cancellation fee. -
Rescheduling Policy
Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 3 days in advance to adjust slot availability. -
Rescheduling Limit
Students are allowed to request rescheduling only once. -
Same-Day Cancellations
Cancellations made on the day of the session are not allowed and are considered forfeited. Cancellation fees apply. -
Vehicle Damage Liability
If the training vehicle is damaged during a session, the student must pay the insurance participation fee, provided that:-
The vehicle was in proper condition prior to the session

The instructor gave proper instructions and took necessary precautions

Right to Cancel or Postpone
The school reserves the right to cancel, stop, or postpone sessions due to conditions that may endanger the student, instructor, or training vehicle.
