K4 Driving Academy complies with all regulations set by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) of the Philippines regarding driver eligibility.

As per LTO guidelines, we are unable to accept students with medical, physical, or mental conditions that may affect their ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.

We encourage individuals with questions about eligibility to consult with their physician and review the latest LTO medical guidelines before enrolling.
